And now, we’re proud to have received a Top Workplaces 2022 award for the Toledo region. The Top Workplaces award is employee-driven, based solely on quantitative feedback provided by our employees regarding our workplace culture in terms of alignment, connection, coaching, and performance. Designetics is one of only 50 companies who earned this prestigious award from the hundreds of companies that were evaluated.

In addition to the Top Workplaces Award, Designetics was also recognized with a specialty award for “Superior New Ideas.” This specialty award is given to companies who achieve standout scores on specific survey questions – a nod to our employees’ recognition that Designetics strives to be a leader and innovator, not just in fluid application, but also in employee development and engagement.
