The Association of Fundraising Professionals Northwest Ohio Chapter announced that Designetics Cares, the nonprofit, philanthropic arm of the fluid application system industry leader Designetics, Inc. will be honored as Outstanding Foundation as part of the 31st Annual National Philanthropy Day Luncheon at the Premier Banquet Hall, Toledo, OH.
The National Philanthropy Day was created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals as a way to recognize and celebrate philanthropy around the world.
Designetics Cares was established to positively impact the lives of Designetics employees and people in its community by providing the means to grow through education, success and personal health initiatives.
About the Designetics Cares Foundation
The Designetics Cares Foundation is focused on creating better awareness of the nonprofit organizations that are tirelessly working to feed, educate and empower the children in the community to be successful adults. Through outreach, financial assistance and in-kind donations, the Foundation provides philanthropy with a focus on both small and large initiatives. In fact, the foundation believes small change—through concentrated efforts—can have as much or more impact as those initiatives requiring large capital outlay.
